We want you to be fully satisfied with your Deftones Official Merchandise; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
